Aleson’s started with a simple realization—our fast-paced lives were quietly taking a toll on our health. In that search for better choices, we discovered monk fruit—a natural sweetener that changed the way we looked at sugar. What began as curiosity soon turned into purpose. Alefiya and Sanjoy set out to build something meaningful - to create practical sugar alternatives that fit naturally into Indian homes.


Aleson’s was built to make reduced-sugar living simpler and more enjoyable. Our monk fruit sweeteners are designed for everyday use in chai, coffee, desserts, baking, and home recipes, helping people make smarter food choices without compromising on taste.

As the vision grew, it found strong belief in Priyamani, who joined us as an investor, sharing our mission to make healthier living simple and accessible.

Today, Aleson’s is more than just a product—it’s a step towards a better, smarter way of living.
